Role:

We’re looking for a talented, enthusiastic video editor based in the Philippines who thrives in a high-energy, creative environment. Your mission is to rapidly produce engaging long-form videos (YouTube, webinars, podcasts) and captivating short-form content (TikTok, IG Reels, Shorts). We love the dynamic and visually exciting style of creators like Alex Hormozi and Dan Martell—fast-paced, engaging storytelling, enhanced by AI-driven workflows and smart automation.

Key Responsibilities:

- Edit engaging, high-quality long-form videos quickly.

- Repurpose content swiftly into dynamic, short-form clips optimized for social media.

- Use subtitles, animations, dynamic zooms, sound effects, and compelling graphics to enhance viewer retention.

- Maximize productivity using AI tools (Descript, CapCut, Opus Clip, Adobe AI).

Skills & Requirements:

- Proven video editing experience (Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve).

- Proficiency with AI and automation tools to optimize workflow.

- Familiarity with Alex Hormozi/Dan Martell editing style.

- Experience with Google Veo 3, ElevenLabs.

- Ability to produce high-quality edits rapidly under tight deadlines.

- Strong communication, organizational skills, and proactive mindset.
