Video Editor

We are looking for a Video Editor who is skilled at creating engaging, direct-response video ads, especially VSL (Video Sales Letter) ads for platforms like Facebook and Instagram. Responsibilities Edit short-form and long-form VSL ads Turn raw footage, voiceovers, scripts, and assets into polished advertisements Create strong hooks that capture attention within the first few seconds Add captions, graphics, transitions, B-roll, sound effects, music, and other engaging elements Find relevant stock footage and B-roll when needed Create multiple variations of winning ads for testing Follow reference ads and recreate successful editing styles Make revisions based on feedback and ad performance Produce videos consistently and meet deadlines Requirements Strong experience with CapCut Good understanding of TikTok/Reels/Facebook-style editing Experience creating VSLs or direct-response advertisements Strong sense of pacing, storytelling, and attention retention Ability to make videos that feel natural and engaging rather than overly edited Good English comprehension Able to follow detailed instructions and references Reliable and able to work independently Strong Plus Experience editing ads in the following niches is highly preferred: Weight loss Business Opportunities Health and wellness Direct-response marketing Affiliate marketing VSL funnels AI Experience Is a Plus Experience with AI tools is a bonus but not required. (If you are not familiar with AI, we will train you.) AI tools may be used for: AI-generated video AI voiceovers Image generation B-roll generation Creative variations Faster editing workflows We care more about finding someone who is a good editor, learns quickly, and understands how to make ads that keep people watching.
