Position: Video Editor
Salary: USD 400 - 500

Job Responsibilities:

Video Editing & Assembly: Cut, splice, and piece together raw footage into high-end, cinematic promotional videos, virtual home tours, event highlights, and short-form social media content (Facebook/ IG, TikTok,YouTube, Reels, Shorts).

Color Grading & Matching: Apply professional color grading to bring out the warmth, luxury, and signature "golden hour" palettes required for The Project AEK's visual identity. Ensure flawless color consistency across multiple camera angles.

Audio Post-Production: Clean, mix, and balance voiceovers, ambient sounds, and background music. Select and sync premium, high-impact soundtracks that elevate the emotional appeal of our luxury branding.

Pacing & Storytelling: Work closely with the marketing & sale team to understand storyboards and narrative structures. Ensure the pacing of every video aligns with high-end real estate marketing aesthetics.

Asset Management & Exporting: Organize, log, and archive extensive project footage. Manage final rendering, encoding, and optimization for various digital platforms and display resolutions.

Job Requirements:

Experience: Minimum 2–4 years of professional video editing experience (experience in real estate, architectural visualization, hospitality, or commercial agency environments is a major asset).

Technical Software Proficiency: Mastery of industry-standard non-linear editing software, specifically Adobe Premiere Pro or DaVinci Resolve.

Advanced Color Grading Skills: High proficiency in color correction and look creation (LUT application, color matching, and grading flat/LOG profiles) to establish premium visual tones.

Basic Motion Graphics: Comfortable implementing clean lower thirds, kinetic typography, transitions, and basic motion graphics templates (MOGRTs) via Adobe After Effects.

Attention to Detail: Deep understanding of video formats, aspect ratios, frame rates, and compression techniques for both landscape displays and mobile-first vertical viewing.

- Collaboration: Strong communication skills to work seamlessly alongside our internal graphic designers, content creator, and production teams.

Monday – Friday: 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM
Saturday: 8:30 AM – 12:00 PM
PH: Follow Gov
Benefit: 13th Salary/ Provide net salary (No tax deduction)
