ABOUT US Fullmer Consulting Media is the content team behind Logan Fullmer — a real estate investor and entrepreneur with 290,000+ followers across Instagram, YouTube, and Facebook . We produce high-volume, formula-driven content: property tours, deal breakdowns, AI-powered reels, podcast clips, and entrepreneur content. We run a structured production system. Every format has a defined template, every edit starts with a clear brief, and every editor receives specific feedback. We're scaling fast and hiring 2–3 reliable overseas editors to grow with us. --- WHAT YOU'LL DO - Edit short-form content (Instagram Reels, TikTok, Facebook ) in Adobe Premiere Pro and CapCut following provided templates and shot-by-shot briefs - Edit long-form content (YouTube videos, podcast episodes) per format guides - Apply hooks, pacing cuts, captions, lower thirds, and safe zones exactly as briefed - Deliver files formatted and labeled per platform specs (aspect ratios, file naming, caption burn-ins) - Submit edits within agreed turnaround windows (typically 24–48 hours) - Accept feedback clearly and apply revisions quickly --- REQUIREMENTS - 2+ years of video editing experience (short-form social and/or long-form YouTube/podcast) - Proficient in Adobe Premiere Pro (required) and CapCut (required) - Strong English reading comprehension — briefs and feedback are in English - Reliable internet and ability to send/receive large video files - Comfortable working remotely and asynchronously without constant supervision - Able to follow a template or style guide precisely and consistently NICE TO HAVE - Experience with real estate or business/entrepreneur content - Familiarity with AI video tools (Kling, Veo 3, HeyGen, ElevenLabs) - Experience clipping short-form content from long-form interviews or podcasts --- WHY THIS ROLE - Every project comes with a detailed brief and reference edits — no guessing what "good" means - Consistent volume every month — reliable editors move from project-based to retainer - Specific, actionable feedback — we invest in making editors better over time - Clear expectations, stable workflows, and a structured global team --- HOW TO APPLY Please send the following: 1. Portfolio or reel link — must include at least 5 examples of short-form social content (Reels, TikTok, or YouTube Shorts) and 1 example of long-form content 2. Your typical turnaround time for a 60–90 second Reel edit from raw footage Shortlisted candidates will receive a paid test week before any offer is made.
