Reporting to the Vice President of VES & Transformation, this VES Leader role offers an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful impact across EMEA. You will be welcomed into a collaborative environment where your expertise in continuous improvement, coaching mindset, and ability to influence without direct authority will help teams work smarter, solve problems, and deliver stronger results. Partnering closely with commercial and operational leaders, you will help bring the Veralto Enterprise System (VES) to life through practical coaching, training, best-practice sharing, and hands-on support. This is a role for someone who enjoys connecting with people, enabling positive change, and building VES capabilities in associates and leaders through partnership.
This position is part of the Global VES organization at Trojan Technologies and will be remote, based out of Germany, the UK, France, Austria, Spain, Italy, or Ireland, with travel of up to 50% to Schörfling am Attersee, Austria, and other locations in Europe.
In this role, your key responsibilities will include :
Process Leadership and Implementation

Lead the day-to-day implementation and sustainment of VES processes across the organization.

Champion structured problem solving and partner with teams to determine which VES tools to apply and when.

Build sustainable processes, strengthen VES capability, and support a culture of continuous improvement.

Assess existing processes and systems to identify improvement opportunities and define practical actions.

Support continuous improvement through Kaizen by helping plan, facilitate, implement, and sustain Kaizen activities.

Guide Kaizen pre-work and sustainment, and provide training on key VES tools such as Kaizen, PSP, and Daily Management.

Review Kaizen charters, approvals, and pre-work to help ensure strong preparation and long-term sustainment.
Partnership, Coaching, and Capability Building

Partner with leaders to define short- and long-term VES roadmaps that support business priorities.

Coach leaders and teams on VES fundamentals, Lean, Kaizen, and operational excellence methodologies.

Provide guidance and coaching to associates progressing toward CP status.

Build VES capability in future VES talent by enabling the practical application of fundamental tools through partnership and influence.
The essential requirements of the job include:

Relevant experience with a demonstrated track record of deploying continuous improvement and/or VES processes, with strong knowledge of core fundamentals such as PSP, VM/DM, SW, and TPI.

Experience in commercial environments and lean manufacturing or operations is considered a strong advantage.

Proficiency in English is required; German language skills are benef
