Virtual Assistant Wanted: Right-Hand to a Growing Tutoring and Parenting Online Course Business Hi, I’m Kirstin, founder of Absolutely 4 Kids. We help primary school students achieve confidence and success with foundational literacy and mathematical skills. We also support mums to feel confident in supporting their children’s learning and development through play. I am looking for a VA to be my right-hand! Someone who can join our team and take my big ideas of new courses, new freebies and new trainings and help turn them into a reality. Someone who can help manage the day-to-day of the business. The Role Part-time: 2-4 hours per week (potential to grow) Flexible hours between 10am - 4pm Brisbane hours Working closely with me What You’ll Do Email and admin management Repurpose content into email s/resources/blogs and uploading to website Manage email marketing/CRM platform ( ---------- ) Client communication and check-ins eg asking for reviews & testimonials Build landing pages, funnels and automations Canva graphics, presentations and resources KPI tracking and payment follow-ups Social media engagement You’re Confident In Wix Websites ---------- CRM, Courses & Email s Canva You Are Organised, proactive and detail-oriented A strong communicator Experienced as a VA (1+ years) Familiar with working in a Tutoring and/or Course Creation business You Must Have Reliable internet, your own computer, Zoom or Google Meet Bonus: Video editing, funnels, copywriting Apply Here ---------- Only applications via this form will be considered.
