(Urgent) Full-time Cleaning Operation Manager wanted

Shin-ei Real Estate Business Co., Ltd. is urgently looking for a full-time Cleaning Operations Manager. Requirements: -Batchelor's degree -Business-level proficiency in both Japanese and English is welcome -Intermediate or over proficiency in Microsoft Office -Valid Visa -Experience in staff supervision or team management is welcome -Experience in the cleaning industry is welcome Monthly Salary: JPY225,000～JPY250,000 (depending on abilities and experience) Work Site: in and around Tokyo, Yokohama including our head office in Shinjuku. Working hours: Basically 8:30 ~ 17:30, with working hours varying depending on operational requirement. Holidays: Basically 2 days/week (Saturday and Sunday) and national holidays. May vary depending on operational requirement. *Job for part-time cleaning staff is also available. Transportation fees will be refunded in full. We offer apartment at low cost.
