(Urgent) Electrician wanted

Shi-ei Real Estate Business Co., Ltd. is urgently looking for an experienced electrician to work in our headquarters or managing properties in and/or around Tokyo. Candidates for this position are required to have capability of maintaining and repairing electrical equipment. Requirements: -Bachelor's degree; -Business-level proficiency in both Japanese and English is welcome -Intermediate or over proficiency in Microsoft Office and Microsoft Excel; -Valid visa. Working hours: 8 hours per day, with working hours varying depending on the assigned shift. Holidays: Basically 2 days/week (Saturday and Sunday) and national holidays, depending on the assigned shift. Location: In and around Tokyo & Yokohama (including our Head Office building in Shinjuku, embassies, offices of foreign companies, etc.) Monthly Salary: JPY 280,000 - JPY 350,000 (depending on candidates' abilities, experiences, and qualifications) Transportation expenses will be refunded in full. We offer apartments for low costs. Visa extension sponsorship available for up to 5 years.
