UK E-Commerce & Customer Operations Specialist

We are building an initial candidate pool of experienced Philippines-based professionals for future full-time placements with UK e-commerce and online retail businesses. This is not an immediate job offer. Successful candidates will be considered for upcoming UK client placements as opportunities become available. We are particularly interested in candidates who have previously worked remotely with UK, US, Australian or other international e-commerce businesses. Potential responsibilities may include: Responding to customer enquiries by email , live chat and phone Processing and tracking customer orders Returns, refunds and exchanges Shopify store administration Product listing creation and updates Order-management systems Amazon/eBay marketplace administration CRM and customer database management Delivery and courier coordination Handling customer complaints professionally Basic reporting and Excel/Google Sheets General e-commerce administration Ideal candidates will have: 2+ years of e-commerce/customer operations experience Excellent written and spoken English Experience with Shopify or another major e-commerce platform Strong customer-service experience Excellent organisational skills Reliable internet and professional home-working environment Ability to work UK business hours Experience with Shopify, Amazon, eBay, Gorgias, Zendesk, HubSpot or similar platforms is particularly desirable.
