UI/UX Designer - Fresher (WFH)

About the job: We're looking for a UI/UX Designer who can design intuitive, high-converting digital experiences, with a strong focus on websites and landing pages. This is a Figma-first role, where visual clarity, usability, and conversion-focused thinking matter just as much as aesthetics. You'll be working on crafting seamless user journeys, clean interfaces, and impactful web experiences. Key Responsibilities: 1. Design high-quality website and landing page interfaces with a strong focus on usability and conversion 2. Create wireframes, layouts, and high-fidelity designs in Figma 3. Translate ideas and requirements into clear, structured, and intuitive user flows 4. Apply strong visual hierarchy, spacing systems, and layout consistency 5. Collaborate with developers to ensure pixel-perfect execution 6. Continuously refine designs based on feedback and performance insights 7. Maintain consistency across pages through reusable components and systems Who Can Apply: 1. Candidates with a minimum of 1 year of experience in UI/UX design (can be overlooked if you have a strong portfolio) 2. Portfolio showcasing website/landing page design work (not just concept screens) 3. Advanced proficiency in Figma (priority tool) 4.
