UI/UX Designer

We are seeking a UI/UX Designer who can create intuitive, engaging, and visually compelling digital experiences across the company's growing portfolio of brands. The role will primarily focus on designing user experiences for e-commerce websites built on Shopify, while also contributing to landing pages, digital campaigns, and brand experiences that showcase Japanese traditional culture and crafts to a global audience. You will play a key role in improving both the user experience and visual identity across multiple brands from first concept to final design. You will also work closely with developers, marketers, and other designers to create seamless digital experiences. Responsibilities Include: - Designing and improving UI/UX for e-commerce websites - Creating wireframes, mockups, and designs using Figma - Developing and maintaining design systems across multiple brands - Designing landing pages and digital campaign assets - Creating responsive and accessible user experiences across devices Required Qualifications: - 2 years of practical experience in UI/UX design (experience with e-commerce sites is a plus) - Understanding of Figma and design systems - Deep understanding of responsive design - Experience designing for visual consistency across multiple brands and sites - Business level English proficiency Preferred Qualifications: - Experience with CRM platforms such as Salesforce or HubSpot - Experience managing customer engagement across multiple channels - Experience in retail, e-commerce, or consumer brands We welcome candidates with a strong eye for design, a user-first mindset, and a passion for creating meaningful digital experiences.
