UGC Editor

I am a UGC content creator looking for a reliable, skilled short-form video editor to help edit UGC advertisements for TikTok, Instagram Reels, and Meta ads. I work with multiple brands and regularly film batches of raw UGC footage. I am looking for an editor who can take my raw footage and turn it into fast-paced, engaging, conversion-focused videos that feel native to TikTok/Reels — NOT overly polished or corporate. What You'll Be Editing Most videos will be approximately 30–60 seconds and consist of: Talking-head UGC footage Product demonstrations B-roll Voiceovers Multiple takes/angles Hook variations I will typically provide the script and raw footage. Your job is to turn that footage into a finished ad that keeps the viewer's attention. Editing Style I'm Looking For You should be comfortable with: Must be familiar with CapCut Fast, natural jump cuts Removing pauses, mistakes, and dead space Keeping the video moving and engaging Clean, readable captions On-screen text and hook text B-roll overlays Punch-ins/zooms when appropriate Screenshots, images, and graphics Sound effects when appropriate Background music when appropriate Pattern interrupts Making the first 1–3 seconds especially engaging Editing specifically for TikTok/Reels/short-form advertising The goal is retention and conversions, not flashy editing. What I'm Looking For I am looking for someone who is: Must be able to speak English and use Whatsapp Reliable and responsive Able to follow instructions closely Detail-oriented Comfortable receiving feedback and revisions Able to match editing styles from reference videos Familiar with TikTok, Reels, UGC, and short-form content Able to handle a consistent volume of videos each week Interested in potentially working together long-term Experience editing UGC ads, TikTok Shop videos, direct-response ads, or performance marketing creatives is a major plus.
