Travel Healthcare Recruiter – U.S. Healthcare Staffing

Location: Philippines – Remote Position: Full-Time Schedule: U.S. Business Hours / Night Shift in the Philippines Industry: U.S. Travel Healthcare Staffing Position Overview We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Travel Healthcare Recruiter based in the Philippines to join our growing U.S. healthcare staffing team. The recruiter will be responsible for identifying, engaging, qualifying, and placing healthcare professionals in travel assignments throughout the United States. The ideal candidate is comfortable working U.S. hours, communicating with American healthcare professionals, and working in a fast-paced, performance-driven recruiting environment. Experience recruiting travel nurses, allied health professionals, or other U.S. healthcare professionals is strongly preferred. Key Responsibilities: - Recruit travel nurses and allied healthcare professionals for assignments throughout the United States. - Source candidates through job boards, databases, social media, referrals, texting, email , and outbound calling. - Contact new leads quickly and consistently. - Conduct initial candidate screening and qualification. - Review candidates' licenses, certifications, work history, specialty experience, availability, and location preferences. - Present available assignments and explain pay packages, schedules, contract lengths, and facility requirements. - Build long-term relationships with healthcare professionals and maintain regular communication. - Match qualified candidates with appropriate open positions. - Prepare and submit qualified candidates for available assignments. - Follow up aggressively on submissions, interviews, offers, and outstanding documentation. - Maintain accurate candidate information and recruiting activity in the company's ATS. - Develop and maintain an active pipeline of healthcare professionals for current and future openings. - Work closely with account managers, credentialing staff, and other members of the U.S. operations team. - Meet established recruiting activity, submission, placement, and revenue goals. Qualifications: Preferred: - 1+ years of recruiting experience. - Previous experience recruiting for a U.S. healthcare staffing company. - Experience recruiting travel nurses or allied healthcare professionals. - Familiarity with U.S. healthcare staffing terminology and processes. - Experience working with an ATS, CRM, VMS, or MSP environment. Candidates with strong U.S. recruiting or staffing experience outside healthcare may also be considered. Required Skills: - Excellent spoken and written English. - Strong telephone communication skills and confidence speaking with U.S.-based candidates. - Strong sales and relationship-building ability. - Persistent and comfortable making a high volume of outbound calls and texts. - Ability to manage a large candidate pipeline and follow-up schedule. - Strong organizational and time-management skills. - Comfortable working in a metrics-driven environment. - Ability to work independently from home while remaining highly accountable. - Reliable high-speed internet and professional home working environment. Working Hours: This position supports healthcare professionals and clients in the United States and therefore requires working U.S. business hours, which will generally be an evening/night schedule in the Philippines.
