Transactional Real Estate Paralegal

Our US Partner is one of the most highly regarded real estate and estate planning firms in New York City.

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Transactional Real Estate Paralegal to join our team! If you are detail-oriented, organized, and have a passion for real estate law, we want to hear from you.

This is a full-time role, on a US shift and on a Work-from-home set-up. 
Qualifications:

- Certified paralegal or at least 3 years of experience at a residential real estate law firm.

- Strong knowledge of residential NYC real estate transactions, including purchases, sales, refinances, and leasing of co-ops, condos, single-familyhomes, and townhouses.

- Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

- Assist attorneys in all phases of residential real estate transactions.

- Draft, review, and organize closing documents

- Coordinate with attorneys, clients, lenders, brokers, and title companies to ensure seamless transactions.

- Conduct title and lien reviews, addressing any issues as necessary.

- Schedule and prepare for closings, ensuring all required documentation is complete and accurate.

- Handle post-closing tasks, including recording documents and preparing closing binders.
