The Role The Trainer owns learning execution and readiness for every remote team member entering the company and for every internal learning program we run. This seat exists to make sure that when someone moves forward, they are actually ready โ€” not just scheduled, not just attended, not just marked complete. You run the sessions, you assess against the standard, and you say clearly when someone is not there yet. You execute the curriculum set under the Success strategy. You do not design the strategy, but you are the person closest to the trainees, so you are the first to see where the curriculum is failing and the one expected to surface it. What This Seat Owns Onboarding and orientation Facilitate onboarding and orientation for new remote team members Deliver structured internal training programs and required learning sessions Execute the training curriculum and materials established under the Success strategy Readiness and assessment Assess trainee readiness against defined standards before progression Identify training gaps and escalate readiness concerns to the Head of Success Surface recurring trainee weaknesses that may require curriculum improvement Records and tracking Track training attendance, participation, completion, and certification Maintain accurate training records, certification status, and completion data Coordination Coordinate training schedules, sessions, assessments, and trainee communications Support post-training transition and ensure required handoff information is complete Standards and materials Support AI readiness, tool readiness, communication standards, and professional expectations Maintain and update training materials based on approved process or policy changes Boundary of the Seat The Trainer owns learning execution and readiness. The Trainer does not own long-term performance management of remote team members, company-wide process improvement, or the overall client relationship. Where those areas are affected, the Trainer raises it to the Head of Success rather than acting on it directly. Non-Negotiables Facilitation capability. You can run a live session with a group, hold attention, manage questions, and keep to time. You have done this repeatedly, not occasionally. Assessment discipline. You can evaluate someone against a written standard and give an honest result, including when the answer is "not yet ready." Passing people through to avoid discomfort is the single fastest way to fail in this seat. Records accuracy. Attendance, completion, and certification data must be correct and current at all times. This data drives progression decisions and client-facing commitments. Clear, direct communication. Written and spoken English at a professional standard. You will communicate with trainees, with the Head of Success, and across departments during handoff. Coordination reliability. Schedules, invites, materials, and assessments happen without being chased. This seat is a dependency for multiple teams. Practical AI and tool fluency. You use AI tools in your own work and can teach others to use them properly, including where they should not be used. Feedback without judgment language. Coaching and assessment are framed around behavior, performance, and clarity of expectations โ€” not personality, labels, or profiling. Strong Advantages Prior experience training or onboarding staff in a remote or offshore delivery environment Instructional design or curriculum maintenance exposure Familiarity with US client working norms and cross-cultural communication expectations Experience working inside an LMS or portal-based training system with completion tracking Background in operations, client service, or a delivery role before moving into training Not a Fit If You want to own strategy and curriculum design rather than execute and improve it You are uncomfortable telling someone they have not met the standard You treat training records as administrative over
