What you will do: Keep pedestrians and vehicles safe around construction and roadwork sites. You’ll set up safety equipment, guide people and traffic, and work closely with a site lead. No prior security experience required, training and uniform provided. Main Duties: - Guide pedestrians/vehicles safely around work zones - Set up / remove cones, signs, barricades and safety tape - Monitor site, communicate with team & follow instructions from supervisor - Record basic reports and flag hazards immediately - Stand/walk outdoors for long periods in all seasons Schedule & Pay: Hours: 08:00–17:00 (1h break). Work Mon–Sat; Sundays/public holidays generally off (site-dependent) Days per week: From 2–3 days OK; full-time also available Pay: ¥11,000–¥12,000/day Transport: Partial reimbursement (details at interview) Payment: Weekly or monthly by bank transfer Requirements: - Valid work authorization in Japan (no sponsorship available) e.g., PR, LTR, Spouse, Specified Skilled Worker, Refugee with work permission, etc. - Conversational Japanese (around N3) for safety calls, simple reporting, and following site instructions - Punctual & reliable; able to arrive 15 minutes early per genba rules - Comfortable with outdoor work and basic physical tasks (lifting ~10–15 kg) What We Provide: Paid training, uniform/gear (some personal items like safety shoes may be needed) Friendly, multicultural team and stable shift opportunities Submit your application with: Resume/CV (English or Japanese) Visa type & expiry (and any hour limits, e.g., 28h/week) Japanese level (None / Basic / Conversational / Business) Availability (days per week you can work; earliest start date)
