TikTok Short-Form Video Editor — Long-Term Position I’m a U.S.-based TikTok creator looking for a reliable, detail-oriented short-form video editor in the Philippines to join my team long-term. I create high-volume TikTok content and am looking for someone who can take my raw videos and edit them to match the style I’m already using. You will NOT need to write scripts or come up with content ideas. I will provide the raw footage, instructions, and examples of exactly how I want my videos edited. What You’ll Be Doing * Edit approximately 5 short-form videos per day / 35 per week * Edit primarily talking-head TikTok videos * Remove pauses, mistakes, and unnecessary dead space * Keep pacing natural but engaging * Add text on screen/captions when instructed * Add B-roll, images, screenshots, or overlays when needed * Add simple zooms/cuts/pattern interrupts where appropriate * Follow my existing editing style closely * Export videos ready for me to upload to TikTok * Organize completed videos in our shared folder * Meet weekly deadlines consistently I will provide examples of previously edited videos so you can see exactly what I’m looking for. Requirements You should: * Have experience editing TikTok, Reels or YouTube Shorts * Be comfortable using CapCut * Understand short-form pacing and viewer retention * Have strong English comprehension * Be able to follow detailed instructions * Have reliable internet * Communicate consistently * Be comfortable with recurring weekly deadlines * Be interested in a long-term position Experience editing TikTok Shop or UGC-style content is a BIG plus. Pay $3 USD per completed video Expected volume is approximately 150 videos per month, which is approximately $450 USD/month at the expected volume. This is consistent, ongoing work for the right person. There may also be opportunities for increased pay/bonuses as we continue working together. Paid Editing Test Selected applicants will be given 2 raw videos to edit as a paid test. You will receive: * Raw footage * Editing instructions * Examples of my existing finished videos The test pays $6 USD total ($3/video).
