Ticket Fulfillment Assistant

We are looking for a reliable, organized team member with strong English communication skills to assist with daily order fulfillment and operations. Responsibilities: -Process and fulfill orders through Automatiq Sync. -Monitor unfulfilled orders in SkyBox and identify why deliveries have not been completed. -Ensure orders are properly PO’d and processed promptly at the time of purchase. -Track orders and follow up on any issues or delays. -Assist the Operations Manager with daily administrative and operational tasks. -Help keep our systems accurate, organized, and up to date. Requirements: -Excellent spoken and written English. -Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. -Comfortable working with multiple computer systems and software. -Must have at least 2 external computer monitors (in addition to a laptop). -Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. -Experience with Automatiq Sync or SkyBox is a plus, but not required.
