Telemarketer / Lead Generation & Outreach Specialist

About the Role We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Telemarketer / Lead Generation & Outreach Specialist to support our home health agency. This role focuses on cold calling, email outreach, and lead generation to healthcare providers. Your main goal is to generate qualified leads and schedule or pass interested prospects to the sales team. Key Responsibilities -Research and build lead lists (home health agencies, clinics, doctors, healthcare businesses) -Conduct outbound cold calls to therapists and healthcare professionals -Send cold outreach email s to potential clients and partners -Follow up with leads via phone and email -Qualify leads and schedule or hand off interested prospects -Track all outreach activity using Google Sheets/CRM -Maintain accurate and organized lead records -Meet daily and weekly outreach targets Requirements -Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal) -Experience in telemarketing, B2B sales, or lead generation (preferred) -Comfortable making cold calls and sending outbound email s daily -Strong attention to detail and organizational skills -Able to handle rejection professionally -Self-motivated and able to work independently -Familiarity with Google Sheets, Gmail, and LinkedIn Preferred Experience -Healthcare, home health, or staffing industry experience -CRM or lead tracking tool experience -Appointment setting or outbound sales support experience Job Details Full-time, permanent Remote / Work from home Commission per number of qualified leads- Will be discuss more once hired (Approximately $35 USD) Requires reliable internet and quiet workspace
