Technical Support Specialist (f/m/d)
with a dental technician background who is passionate about technology, digital workflows, and supporting clinicians and labs. If you enjoy combining hands-on dental knowledge with cutting-edge tech in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities

Use your dental technician expertise to advise customers on digital fabrication workflows

Guide users through system setup, process validation, and workflow optimization to ensure predictable clinical outcomes

Deliver high-quality technical support to dental laboratories, clinics, and medical practices internationally

Conduct training sessions for customers, internal teams, and distribution partners on 3D printing, materials, and digital integration

Contribute to improving and standardizing global service workflows

Manage customer cases using Salesforce and other support platforms

Collaborate with engineering, product, and customer success teams to resolve complex issues and enhance user experience

Support cloud-based software tools, CAD/CAM integrations, and digital dentistry platforms

Represent SprintRay at international trade shows, workshops, and industry events
Required Qualifications

Fluent Spain, Portuguese and English with strong communication skills; German or another European language is an advantage

Proactive mindset with excellent communication and customer interaction skills

Background in dental technology, technical support, medical technology or dental applications

Hands-on experience with 3D printing, CAD/CAM systems, or digital workflows—ideally within a dental lab or clinical environment

Ability to explain clinical concepts clearly to SprintRay workflow users
-
Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills, with a natural curiosity for testing and improving processes

Willingness to travel for on-site training, customer visits, installations, and international events

A collaborative, service-oriented mindset with a genuine desire to help customers and colleagues succeed
