Job Description:
What You’ll Be Doing:

Develops and cultivates strong customer and supplier relationships

Serves as the Technical account manager on assigned accounts, managing all technical aspects including but not limited to: Life Cycle management, BOM management, customer product roadmaps, regular business reviews.

Designs solutions based on strategic business or technical requirements of customers

Partners with Sales teams to appropriately manage all technical aspects of customers’ programs.

Works with customers to identify and clarify requirements to determine best solutions.

Leverages resources in order to satisfy the technical needs and objectives of the customer.

Provides technical expertise, using appropriate configuration tools and experience to recommend relevant systems, solutions and/or products.

Stays current on technical specifications for hardware/software requirements, maintaining technical aptitude in the latest technology trends in order to recommend solutions for new and existing customers.

Tracks activity utilizing appropriate tools – may include pre-sales activity, account management activity, training etc.

Works closely with the sales enablement team and other project teams.

Participates in training to maintain knowledge of industry standards, new technologies, and current trends.

May serve as backup to team members, as needed.

This job profile requires the assignment and participation in a sales compensation plan. A portion of OTE will be variable and tied to specific sales-related goals as set forth by Arrow.

This role will require up to 25% travel within the United States and Canada.
What We Are Looking For:

Typically requires a minimum of 12 years of related experience with a 4-year degree; or 8 years and an advanced degree; or equivalent experience.

Serves as an expert within own discipline

Designs solutions to resolve complex issues where no solution currently exists
-
Requires specialized depth and/or breadth of expertise in key technology domains
-
Uses internal business tools to support engineering change control process, work order review and management and other internal processes

Works independently, with guidance in only the most complex situations

Acts as senior level technical resource to other team members and junior staff
-
Often leads functional teams or projects and serves as a best practice/quality resource
-
Holds Certifications in one or more supplier partner technologies
-
Represents the level at which career may stabilize for many years or even until retirement
-
May serve as leader of others or projects
Work Arrangement:
Fully Remote: Must be able to travel to an Arrow office location as requested by Arrow leadership.

Annual Hiring Range/Hourly Rate:
$166,700.00 - $180,717.90
Actual compensation offer to candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level. The pay ratio between base pay and target incentive (if applicable) will be finalized at offer.
