From HubSpot CMS implementations and Shopify projects to API integrations and website migrations, you'll be responsible for driving projects from planning through delivery while keeping teams aligned, clients informed, and timelines on track. This role is about creating clarity, removing obstacles, and ensuring successful project execution. You'll work closely with developers, designers, marketers, and clients to translate technical requirements into actionable project plans and ensure high-quality outcomes throughout every phase of delivery. RESPONSIBILITIES: Project Leadership - Plan, execute, and oversee technical web and integration projects from kickoff through delivery. - Manage project timelines, scope, budgets, priorities, and resource allocation. - Coordinate work across developers, designers, marketing technologists, clients, and external vendors. - Facilitate project meetings, status updates, and stakeholder communication. - Identify, assess, and proactively mitigate project risks. Web Projects - Manage HubSpot CMS implementations, migrations, custom themes, website redesigns, and optimization projects. - Oversee Shopify implementations and eCommerce-related initiatives. - Coordinate website QA, BrowserStack testing, BugHerd reviews, and launch readiness. - Ensure projects meet UX, technical SEO, performance, and quality standards. API Integrations - Manage API integration projects from discovery through deployment. - Coordinate requirements gathering, data mapping, testing, and go-live activities. - Track dependencies across connected systems and ensure successful integration delivery. - Translate technical integration requirements into actionable project plans.
