Technical Partner Support Engineer – China | Mandarin & English Speaker (Remote)

We are currently seeking a Technical Partner Support Engineer to support a global Microsoft partner ecosystem.

This role is ideal for a professional with a strong technical background, a passion for partner success, and the ability to deliver exceptional technical support and enablement in a fast-paced, international environment. This is a fully remote opportunity for a professional who excels at partner engagement, technical troubleshooting, onboarding support, training enablement, and Microsoft partner program support. Position Summary The Technical Partner Support Engineer will be responsible for supporting and enabling Microsoft partners across multiple regions and countries. Acting as a key liaison between partners, internal stakeholders, and Microsoft resources, this role ensures partners receive the technical guidance, tools, onboarding, and training required to successfully adopt, support, and sell Microsoft solutions. The successful candidate will provide technical support, facilitate partner enablement activities, manage partner inquiries, and contribute to continuous program improvement through stakeholder engagement and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute partner enablement strategies aligned with customer and business objectives.

- Serve as a subject matter expert on Microsoft partner programs, tools, and processes, including OA 3.0 (MDOS, CAT, DPC, and DOC).

- Escalate, track, and manage technical issues and inquiries through Microsoft tools and support channels to ensure timely resolution.

- Oversee the onboarding process for new partners, coordinating training, resources, and cross-functional support.

- Design and deliver partner training programs, webinars, workshops, and educational initiatives that improve partner capabilities and readiness.

- Identify and manage the platforms, tools, and resources required to support partner success.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with partners, acting as a trusted advisor and primary point of contact.

- Conduct regular business reviews and enablement sessions to support partner growth and success.

- Gather partner feedback, evaluate program effectiveness, and implement continuous improvement initiatives.

- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, code of conduct, and quality standards.

- Promote Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) practices and support employee participation in workplace well-being initiatives.

- Perform additional responsibilities assigned by leadership consistent with the nature of the role.

Requirements

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Software Engineering, Systems Engineering, Telecommunications, Computer Science, Information Technology, Networking, Process Engineering, or a related field.

- Minimum 7 years of professional experience, including at least 5 years of experience in Microsoft platform implementation, configuration, technical support, or partner enablement environments.

- Experience working with Microsoft technologies, partner ecosystems, or software channel partners.

- Strong understanding of Microsoft platforms and partner-related processes.

- Knowledge of OA 3.0 processes and tools (MDOS, CAT, DPC, DOC).

- Experience managing KPIs, operational performance metrics, and service delivery objectives.

- Experience collaborating with customer stakeholders.

- Strong project management and organizational skills.
