Job Overview

We are looking for a Technical Lead – Full Stack to lead the design, development, and delivery of scalable enterprise applications while providing technical leadership to the development team. The ideal candidate will drive software architecture, mentor engineers, and ensure the delivery of high-quality solutions using modern full-stack technologies.
Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and implement scalable full-stack enterprise applications.

- Architect software solutions and document technical designs.

- Break down business requirements into technical tasks and oversee implementation.

- Develop and integrate RESTful APIs, microservices, and reusable application components.

- Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to engineering best practices and coding standards.

- Mentor development teams and provide technical guidance throughout the software development lifecycle.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams in an Agile environment to deliver high-quality software solutions.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.

- Minimum 6 years of experience in full-stack software development with technical leadership experience.

- Strong expertise in Java, Spring, JavaScript, React, React Native, Angular, Node.js, RESTful APIs, and microservices.

- Experience with relational and NoSQL databases, AWS or Azure cloud platforms, Docker, Kubernetes, and DevOps practices.

- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies, CI/CD pipelines, Git, and software architecture principles.

- Excellent problem-solving, communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
