Technical Delivery Lead
We are seeking an experienced Technical Delivery Lead to provide technical leadership across a portfolio of development and AI-driven projects. This role is responsible for ensuring the quality, consistency, and successful delivery of technical solutions while supporting and mentoring developers across the team.
Working closely with Project Managers, Solution Leads, and development teams, you will act as the senior technical authority, guiding architectural decisions, validating technical scope, improving delivery outcomes, and helping teams navigate complex technical challenges. Technical Expertise
- Proven hands-on software development experience across multiple programming languages and technology stacks.
- Strong ability to review, troubleshoot, and guide technical implementation without being focused on day-to-day coding.
- Deep understanding of software architecture, solution design, and development best practices.
- Experience working with Jira or similar project management tools to structure and manage development work effectively.
