About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Tech Lead to join our team and contribute to the design, development, and delivery of enterprise software solutions. This is a hands-on technical leadership role, combining software development, solution design, technical guidance, and collaboration with cross-functional teams in an Agile environment.

The ideal candidate has strong experience with Java, Spring Boot, Angular, and PostgreSQL , enjoys solving complex technical challenges, and is passionate about delivering scalable and high-quality software solutions.
Responsibilities

- Lead the technical design and implementation of software solutions.

- Develop and maintain back-end services using Java and Spring Boot .

- Contribute to front-end development using Angular .

- Design and optimize database structures using PostgreSQL .

- Collaborate closely with Agile Business Analysts, Product Owners, Architects, and development teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions.

- Define technical approaches, implementation strategies, and best development practices.

- Perform code reviews and ensure code quality, maintainability, and security.

- Support API development, system integrations, and microservices architecture.

- Contribute to CI/CD processes, deployment activities, and release readiness.

- Participate in sprint planning, backlog refinement, technical estimations, and Agile ceremonies.

- Mentor developers and provide technical guidance throughout the software development lifecycle.

- Prepare and maintain technical documentation when required.

- Drive continuous improvement initiatives related to software quality, performance, and scalability.

- Strong experience with Java .

- Strong experience with Spring Boot .

- Experience developing applications with Angular .

- Experience working with PostgreSQL .

- Solid understanding of REST APIs and microservices architecture.

- Experience with software architecture and technical design.

- Experience performing code reviews and mentoring development teams.
