Tech Lead (EU-based)

This is a remote position. Responsibilities: - Collaborate closely witharchitecture, business,andengineering leadershipto ensure alignment and technical excellence across projects withinthe FormsDomain. - Provide technical mentorship and support to team members, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and technical excellence. - Proactivelyidentifytechnical challenges and provide innovative solutions to address them, driving overall project success and efficiency. Qualifications: - Bachelor'sdegreeinComputerScience,Engineering,orarelatedfield;advanced degree preferred. - Extensiveexperienceinsoftwaredevelopmentandengineeringleadershiproles. - Excellentcommunicationskills,withtheabilitytoarticulatecomplextechnicalconcepts to non-technical stakeholders. - Abilitytothriveinadynamicandfast-pacedenvironment,adaptingquicklytoevolving priorities and challenges. - Sufficiently strong to complement the efforts of teams based in India. Experience withIaCwith Bicepor anyIaCtool. - Hands-onexperiencewithDocker. - DatabaseskillswithAzureSQL,MongoDB,SQL,andCosmosDB. - FamiliaritywithwidelyusedAzureresources,includingASB/EventHub,AKS/ACA (desirable), Storage Account. - Resourceful:AbilitytodelveintoIAC,DX,UI,andarchitectureasrequired.
