Team Leader - Customer Service/ Sales

We are looking for a motivated and experienced Customer Service Team Leader to lead, support, and coach a team of Customer Service Representatives. As a sales and customer service account, the Team Leader will be responsible for helping the team deliver excellent customer service while also meeting sales and performance targets. The Team Leader will monitor individual and team performance, provide regular coaching and feedback, and identify areas for improvement. When an operator is behind on their sales target, the Team Leader is responsible for providing targeted coaching, guidance, and support to help the operator improve their sales performance and reach their goals. The ideal candidate should have strong communication and leadership skills, excellent problem-solving abilities, and the ability to motivate and support team members in a fast-paced work environment.
