Team Lead β€” High Performing Departments
Remote | Competitive Monthly Wage
About the Role

Fusion Growth Partners is seeking an experienced Team Lead to oversee one of our high-performing production departments. This is a leadership-first role: you will not be hired to personally produce the work, but to manage, coach, and hold accountable the team that does.

Depending on your background, you may lead a team specializing in:

- Video Editing & Motion Graphics

- Graphic Design & Branding

- Email Campaigns

- Database Management

- Social Media Content & Scheduling

- Website Development & Maintenance

- Digital Marketing Campaigns

- Transaction Marketing

While each department has its own tools and technical demands, every Team Lead at Fusion is measured the same way: on their ability to manage people, manage volume, and manage deadlines. This is a management role first β€” subject-matter expertise is what determines which team you lead, not whether you're qualified to lead one.
About Us

Fusion Growth Partners is a business incubator and micro-venture capital company that invests in small service-based businesses and real estate professionals, helping them scale their clientele, systems, and profitability. Our "Partnership as a Service" model earned us recognition as the 813th fastest-growing company in America by Inc. 5000, and we now have more than 300 team members worldwide.

We operate in a high-volume, deadline-driven environment where every task matters and every day brings shifting priorities. If you're a natural leader who stays composed under pressure and knows how to get a team to hit tight deadlines without sacrificing quality, we want to hear from you.
