Team Coach

About the Role
We’re looking for a Team Coach who can train new hires and help existing agents improve their skills and performance.
You’ll work directly with agents through training, refresher sessions, and hands-on coaching to help them understand what they need to improve and how to improve it.
What You'll Do
- Conduct training for new hires.
- Provide refresher training and uptraining for existing agents.
- Coach agents who need help improving their performance.
- Identify skill or knowledge gaps and what may be blocking improvement.
- Demonstrate processes, observe agents, and provide practical feedback.
- Support both voice and non-voice teams.
- Use performance results to identify where additional coaching or training is needed.
- Track progress after coaching or training.

Requirements
What We're Looking For
- At least 1–2 years of relevant coaching, training, or team support experience.
- Experience coaching or developing frontline agents.
- Previous Trainer experience is a major plus.
- Strong spoken and written English.
- Warm, approachable, and engaging personality.
- Strong coaching and communication skills.
- Able to identify why someone is struggling and determine the right support.
- Comfortable working with performance metrics and giving constructive feedback.

Benefits
We offer:
- ₱35,000–₱45,000/month, depending on relevant experience and demonstrated training expertise.
