Talent Acquisition Sourcing Partner (German-speaking)

The Opportunity: As a Talent Acquisition Sourcing Partner at Avantor , you will be responsible for researching, engaging with, and providing us with the talent we need to set science in motion to create a better world. In this role, you will play a critical part in building strong talent pipelines across European markets, partnering closely with Talent Acquisition Partners (TAPs) and Hiring Managers to identify, engage, and qualify top candidates. You will act as a strategic sourcer, leveraging market insights, innovative sourcing techniques, and strong stakeholder collaboration to deliver high-quality candidate slates. You are skilled at building candidate pools, pipelines, adept at performing initial screens of prospects and applicants. You will act as a strong advisor and partner for your hiring managers and provide an excellent candidate experience. What is in it for you? - Broaden your horizon (literally) by collaborating with our Talent Acquisition team all over Europe and work within a globally aligned and rapidly growing Global Talent Acquisition function - Proactively source and attract high-quality candidates across multiple functions and geographies, with a focus on the DACH region - Utilize various sourcing channels (LinkedIn Recruiter, databases, job boards, networking, referrals, etc.) - Build and maintain robust talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs - Conduct market mapping and talent benchmarking to support hiring strategy - Conduct initial candidate screening (CV + phone/virtual interviews) to assess skills, experience, and cultural fit - Deliver well-qualified candidate shortlists to TA Partners and Hiring Managers - Ensure an excellent candidate experience throughout the sourcing and screening stages - Partner closely with Talent Acquisition Partners to understand role requirements, hiring strategy, and timelines - Act as a trusted advisor by sharing data-driven insights on talent availability, salary benchmarks, and competitor landscape What does your profile look like? - Proven experience in talent sourcing / recruitment / talent acquisition, ideally in an in-house or RPO environment - Strong expertise in active sourcing, market mapping, and candidate engagement - Experience working closely with recruiters and business stakeholders - Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills - Strong ability to assess candidate profiles and conduct effective screenings - Data-driven mindset with the ability to translate market insights into actionable strategies - Ability to manage multiple roles and priorities in a fast-paced environment - Fluent in German and English Our commitment to you - We value your time off, through flexible working hours and the option to work remotely. - Receive an annual, performance-based bonus for your hard work. - We empower you with learning and development opportunities to grow your career.
