Talent Acquisition Lead

Responsibilities:

- Lead and mentor the TA team through coaching, support, and best-practice guidance.

- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for hard-to-fill and critical roles with a focus on quality and efficiency.

- Initiate and contribute to employer branding initiatives across social media, career sites, and recruitment campaigns.

- Partner with senior leaders to forecast hiring needs and build proactive recruitment strategies.

- Use data and analytics to evaluate recruitment performance and drive continuous improvement.

- Maintain strong relationships with senior leadership, providing insights and influencing hiring decisions.

- Leverage external recruitment tools and ensure positive ROI across sourcing channels.

- Support TA leadership in refining processes, tools, and resources to enhance efficiency and hiring quality.

- Utilize recruitment tools and social platforms and help organize career fairs when needed.

- Perform other duties as required by business needs
