Talent Acquisition Lead

We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Lead to build and lead recruitment efforts within our growing team. This role will be responsible for developing recruitment strategies, leading a dedicated hiring team, and ensuring the successful attraction and hiring of high-performing professionals.

Responsibilities

- Lead and develop a recruitment team focused on hiring across multiple functions and levels

- Own and improve the end-to-end hiring process (pipeline strategy, sourcing effectiveness, hiring quality)

- Partner closely with business leadership to understand hiring needs and workforce planning

- Ensure high quality of hire aligned with business and performance goals

- Mentor, coach, and support recruiters across different specializations

- Build scalable sourcing strategies for key roles within the company

- Track recruitment metrics and optimize hiring funnels based on data insights

- Continuously improve recruitment processes, tools, and employer branding initiatives

- Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and external partners within the Fintech industry

Requirements

- 5+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience across various functions

- 2+ years of experience managing or leading a recruitment team in a fast-paced environment

- Strong expertise in sourcing and hiring specialists across different domains

- Hands-on approach with strong ownership mindset

- Strong project management, organizational, and prioritization skills

- Client-oriented mindset with strong stakeholder management skills

- Data-driven approach to recruitment decisions

- Self-starter with high motivation and adaptability

- Ability to work in ambiguity and manage changing priorities

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with focus on continuous improvement

- English — Upper-Intermediate or higher
