Tableau Business Analyst

This is a remote position.
We are looking for a Tableau Business Analyst to support the delivery of reporting and analytics solutions in a business-facing environment. The role focuses on gathering and translating business requirements, collaborating with stakeholders, performing data analysis, and supporting the design and validation of Tableau dashboards to enable data-driven decision-making.
Responsibilities
- Gather and document business requirements

- Analyse business processes and identify reporting needs

- Work closely with stakeholders across business and technical teams

- Translate business requirements into functional specifications

- Support the design and development of Tableau dashboards

- Validate delivered solutions with business users

- Perform data analysis to support business decisions

- Facilitate workshops and requirements gathering sessions

- Create clear documentation including user stories, process flows and acceptance criteria

- Support UAT activities and coordinate feedback

Requirements

- Commercial experience as a Business Analyst

- Hands on experience with Tableau

- Experience gathering and documenting business requirements

- Strong stakeholder management skills

- Experience working with reporting and analytics projects

- Understanding of data models and SQL

- Excellent communication skills

- Fluent English

Nice to Have
- Experience in Agile environments

- Experience with Jira and Confluence

- Experience in financial services or consulting

- Knowledge of Power BI or other BI platforms

- Data warehousing knowledge
