Position Overview We are seeking a highly motivated, target-oriented Strategic Account Manager to drive net-new enterprise sales for CSP Control Center (C3). This is a pure hunter role, responsible for identifying, engaging, and winning large Microsoft Cloud partners across North America and Europe. The ideal candidate is passionate about enterprise sales, excels at consultative selling, and has a proven track record of closing complex SaaS opportunities. This role requires someone who enjoys building opportunities from the ground up through strategic account research, outbound prospecting, executive engagement, and disciplined pipeline management.
Key Responsibilities
New Business Development
- Own and consistently achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual new business revenue targets.
- Identify, qualify, and close strategic opportunities within Microsoft Direct Bill Partners, Indirect Providers, and other enterprise cloud organizations.
- Conduct extensive account research to identify target organizations, key decision-makers, buying centres, and business opportunities.
- Build and execute account penetration strategies for named enterprise accounts.
- Generate qualified opportunities through outbound prospecting, cold outreach, referrals, networking, LinkedIn, partner engagement, and industry events.
- Build and maintain a healthy pipeline capable of consistently achieving assigned revenue targets.
- Drive new logo acquisition and contribute significantly to C3's global growth.
Enterprise Sales
- Own the complete enterprise sales cycle from prospecting and discovery through proposal, negotiation, and contract execution.
- Understand customer business challenges and position C3 as a strategic Cloud Commerce Platform.
- Deliver executive-level presentations, product demonstrations, business cases, and ROI-driven proposals.
- Engage and influence C-level executives, Cloud Practice Leaders, Operations Directors, Finance Leaders, and other key stakeholders.
- Lead commercial negotiations and successfully close high-value enterprise SaaS opportunities.
Market Development
- Research emerging cloud providers, Microsoft partners, and enterprise technology organizations to identify new business opportunities.
- Develop territory strategies to increase C3's presence across North America and Europe.
- Monitor market trends, customer needs, and competitive offerings to identify whitespace opportunities.
- Represent C3 at industry events, conferences, webinars, and executive networking forums.
Pipeline & Forecast Management
- Maintain accurate opportunity records and sales activities within the CRM.
- Prepare reliable monthly and quarterly sales forecasts.
- Participate in regular pipeline reviews and deal strategy sessions.
- Ensure strong pipeline coverage and predictable revenue generation.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with Marketing, Product Management, Solution Engineering, Partner Success, and Leadership to:
- Improve lead quality and conversion rates.
- Develop winning sales strategies.
- Share market intelligence and customer feedback.
- Ensure a seamless customer acquisition experience.
