HARD REQUIREMENTS Do not apply unless all of these are true: - You have designed static ads for supplement or health brands - 3+ years designing image ads for ecommerce or DTC - AI-native: you can generate and composite imagery with modern tools - Fluent in English (a call with the founder will assess this, accents are fine) - Available full time, not juggling freelance clients Applications without a portfolio of your best static ads will be discarded. WHAT YOU'LL DO - Design high-performing static and image ads for Facebook and Instagram - Build AI-generated imagery, scenes, and product visuals into your designs - Create comparison charts, before/afters, testimonial layouts, and advertorial-style creatives - Source and repurpose reference from ad libraries and across the internet - Study winning static ads and bring new angles to the team - Nail typography, hierarchy, and mobile-first legibility that stops the scroll - Work with the marketing team to test, iterate, and push performance TOOLS Design: Photoshop, Figma, Illustrator, Canva AI: Higgsfield, NanoBanana, Seedream, Ideogram, generative fill, and GPT-based tools Bonus: copywriting experience, or comfort writing your own ad angles and headlines.
