Job Description: Job Title: Staffing Representative - Home Health Therapy (Remote, Night Shift) Location: Work from Home - (U.S. Pacific Standard Time) About the Company A List Therapy Group is a California-based provider of in-home physical, occupational, and speech therapy services. We partner with over 300 agencies and hospitals, delivering exceptional patient care through our large network of licensed therapists. Position Overview We are hiring a full-time Staffing Representative to work remotely. This role coordinates therapist assignments, manages incoming referrals, updates patient records, and ensures fast, accurate communication with both clinicians and U.S.-based partner agencies. You will also be responsible for problem-solving staffing challenges and maintaining strong professional relationships with our therapists. Key Duties • Review and respond to incoming patient referrals in real time. • Assign therapists based on location, coverage area, and specialty. • Enter and update patient data in CliniConnects and TherapySync. • Follow up on pending cases and manage restaffing when needed. • Send consent forms and required documents to therapists. • Communicate promptly via WhatsApp, phone, and email . • Maintain positive working relationships with therapists to encourage engagement and reliability. • Identify and resolve staffing issues quickly to prevent delays in patient care. • Maintain accurate records and update rate sheets as needed. Qualifications • Experience in home health staffing, healthcare scheduling, or medical coordination preferred. • Strong English communication skills (written and spoken). • Proven problem-solving abilities and conflict resolution skills. • Ability to build and maintain professional relationships with therapists. • Highly organized, able to multitask, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. • Proficiency with Google Workspace, WhatsApp, and data entry systems. • Own computer, noise-cancelling headset, and stable internet connection. • Comfortable using Hubstaff and ---------- with a working camera. • Willing to work night shift: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–6:00 PM PST (Philippines time: 12:00 AM–9:00 AM).
