Travel: Up to 5% domestic or international. The Role We are looking for a Product Marketing Manager, Space Solutions to lead go-to-market strategy for IonQ’s space portfolio within Quantum Platform. Reporting to the Head of Product Marketing, Quantum Platform, this role will shape how IonQ’s Space Solutions portfolio is understood in-market — translating space systems, SAR capabilities, mission solutions, and emerging quantum-enabled space capabilities into differentiated positioning, launch strategies, impactful revenue-driving narratives, and sales motions that accelerate market adoption, support pipeline growth, and strengthen IonQ’s position in space, defense, intelligence, and allied government markets. This role operates at the intersection of product, engineering, sales, marketing, and leadership. You will help connect product strategy to market strategy, ensuring launches and messaging reflect a clear, credible, technically accurate, and customer-relevant narrative. You will own positioning, messaging, go-to-market strategy, launches, and cross-functional alignment across Space Solutions, including SAR Solutions and Mission Solutions, ensuring IonQ’s portfolio is differentiated, commercially relevant, and positioned to drive adoption. You will serve as a strategic market partner to product and technical leadership — helping connect product development decisions to customer needs, competitive dynamics, buyer behavior, and market opportunity. This includes influencing launch priorities, roadmap communication, and product strategy through customer insight, competitive intelligence, and market feedback. This is a strategy and execution role on a highly effective team that uses AI-assisted workflows to accelerate production, improve consistency, and create more time for strategic work, customer insight, competitive analysis, and cross-functional influence. The right person is independently driven, deeply collaborative, customer-voice driven, and comfortable operating with autonomy in highly technical, mission-driven, and evolving markets. Responsibilities - Support, define, and evolve the narrative, positioning, and messaging for Space Solutions across customer segments and buyer personas — translating technical space capabilities into customer-ready language that resonates with U.S. government, allied government, defense, intelligence, civil, and commercial space audiences. - Support the go-to-market strategy and launch execution across Space Solutions, including SAR Solutions and Mission Solutions, tailoring positioning, messaging, and customer engagement to distinct buyers, use cases, competitive environments, and procurement paths. - Partner closely with product management, mission design, engineering, sales, and tech
