We’re on the hunt for a dynamic and experienced Staff Product Manager with transportation/freight industry experience to drive high-impact product initiatives and deliver solutions that scale. A Day in the Life
As a Staff Product Manager on the Intelligence team, you’ll be at the forefront of shaping our product roadmap. From collaborating with cross-functional teams to launching complex, customer-centric products, you’ll guide every step of the product lifecycle. Your ability to communicate product vision, align teams, and drive decision-making will ensure our products consistently meet and exceed business and customer goals.

What You’ll Be Doing

Lead and communicate the product vision and strategy in alignment with company objectives.

Manage the full product lifecycle from discovery to launch and iteration.

Collaborate closely with software engineers, designers, data, and marketing teams and our customers to deliver high-quality products on time.

Analyze market trends, customer feedback, and product performance to guide decision-making.

Prioritize product features and enhancements based on business impact and customer value.

Mentor and inspire the product team, sharing best practices and helping elevate the team's capabilities.

Influence key stakeholders, including executives, to align and drive support for product initiatives.

Identify new product opportunities and stay ahead of emerging technologies.

What Makes You a Great Fit

Experience : 7+ years in product management, with at least 2 years in a senior or staff-level role.

Required: Logistics, freight and/or transportation industry experience.

Expertise : Proven track record of launching successful products in B2B/B2C environments.

Collaboration : Comfortable working with cross-functional teams, including engineers, designers, and marketers.

Technical Background : Strong understanding of technical concepts and agile development processes.

Leadership : Able to mentor, lead teams, and influence stakeholders across all levels.

Skills : Strong communication, strategic thinking, data-driven decision-making, and problem-solving abilities.

Tools : Familiarity with Jira, Confluence, Aha!, Figma, and other product management tools.
