We are looking for an exceptional, proactive Staff Accountant based in the Philippines to join our team. What We Are Looking For Experience: Minimum of 3 years of solid accounting or bookkeeping experience. Certification: Active QuickBooks Online (QBO) ProAdvisor Certification is strictly required. US Accounting Knowledge: Proven experience handling US client accounts and workflows. Tech-Savvy: Highly proficient with QBO, modern app integrations, and Excel. We're heavy users of AI. Communication: Clear, direct, and professional English communication skills. Work Environment: A reliable high-speed internet connection and a quiet home office setup. US working hours: Must be able to work and be available for team calls during US hours
