Sr UI/UX Designer

We are seeking an experienced Sr UI/UX Designer with a strong background in the iGaming sector to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating intuitive, user-friendly interfaces and exceptional user experiences for various digital products and platforms within the iGaming industry.

Responsibilities:

- Develop intuitive and engaging user interfaces that reflect the brand identity and values of our clients within the iGaming industry

- Conduct thorough research on user behaviors and preferences to inform the design process and ensure the creation of user-centered designs

- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers, developers to translate business requirements into visually appealing and functional design concepts

- Create wireframes, prototypes, and mockups to effectively communicate design ideas and concepts to stakeholders

- Conduct usability testing and gather feedback to iterate on designs and enhance the overall user experience

- Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies within the iGaming sector to incorporate innovative design solutions into our projects

Requirements:

- Preferably degree in IT, UI/UX or related discipline

- 3yrs+ experience in UI/UX design

- Understanding of UX and User-Centered design

- Experienced with tools like Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, Miro & prototyping tools like Origami Studio, Noodl, Framer, Proto.io, UX Pin

- Experience with data driven design based on Google Analytics, A/B testing, HotJar

- Experience with conducting and analyzing qualitative and quantitative studies

- Familiarity with tools like Photoshop, Illustrator, AfterEffects

- Basic understanding of HTML & CSS

- Ability to cooperate with cross-disciplinary teams and all levels of employees and management as well as multitasking

- Creative ideas with problem-solving mindset

- Ability to meet deadlines consistently, great attention to details

- In-depth understanding of the iGaming industry and users

- Willingness to learn new things and expand his/her UI/UX knowledge

- Professional working ability in English
