This role combines technical expertise with business acumen to deliver tailored solutions that meet complex organizational needs Responsibilities Solution Design and Implementation: Design and architect Salesforce OM solutions aligned with client business requirements Lead the implementation of Salesforce OM systems, ensuring seamless integration with existing infrastructure Develop and maintain solution architecture documentation Technical Leadership: Provide technical guidance to development teams and junior architects Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business needs into technical specifications Troubleshoot complex issues and propose innovative solutions Present technical solutions to both technical and non-technical audiences Project Management: Oversee multiple Salesforce OM projects simultaneously Manage project timelines, resources, and budgets Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure project success Continuous Improvement: Stay updated on Salesforce OM software updates and industry best practices Propose and implement process improvements for Salesforce OM projects Contribute to the development of reusable components and templates Requirements Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, or related field 8+ years of experience with Order Management systems (Salesforce OM a plus) Strong understanding of order management and inventory processes Proven track record of successful OM projects Advanced knowledge of OM architecture and functionality Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities Strong communication skills, both written and verbal Strong leadership and team management skills Customer-focused mindset with strong interpersonal skills This job description is intended to describe the general nature and level of work being performed in this position.
