Seeking Experienced Sr. QA Automation for Exciting Projects Remote in Mexico

We are looking for a Senior Software QA Automation professional with 6+ years of experience in software quality assurance, combining strong manual and automated testing skills with the ability to design, execute, and optimize comprehensive testing strategies.
Key Responsibilities:

- Design, execute, and optimize test cases and test strategies.

- Perform functional, regression, smoke, sanity, and user acceptance testing (UAT).

- Identify defects, perform root cause analysis, and manage the defect lifecycle.

- Create and maintain test plans, test scripts, and test reports.

- Develop and maintain reusable, scalable automation test suites.

- Integrate automated testing into CI/CD pipelines.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure high-quality and reliable software delivery.

- Continuously improve testing processes and overall product quality.

Technical Skills Required:

- Fluent English

- 6+ years of experience in Software QA.

- Strong experience with manual and functional testing.

- Experience designing and executing test cases.

- Experience with functional, regression, smoke, sanity, and UAT testing.

- Strong understanding of defect management and root cause analysis.

- Experience creating and maintaining test documentation.

- Hands-on experience with automation frameworks such as:
- Selenium

- Cypress

- Playwright

- Appium

- Programming/scripting experience with at least one of the following: Java, Python, JavaScript, C#,

- Experience building reusable and scalable automation suites.

- Experience integrating automated tests into CI/CD pipelines using tools such as Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab, or Azure DevOps.

- Advanced English.

Location & Schedule:

- Remote work in Mexico

- Work hours Monday to Friday, 09:00 – 18:00

- Advanced English skills are mandatory, and only residents of Mexico
