JOB SUMMARY
The Program Coordinator, MAP USA supports the planning, coordination, and execution of MAP USA’s
domestic health initiatives, with core responsibilities spanning partner account management, consultative
sales, relationship cultivation, grant coordination, and proposal development, and reporting. This role manages
and stewards a portfolio of grant-funded clinics and community health partners while also identifying,
onboarding, and supporting new partners through MAP USA’s service-fee model. In partnership with the
Director, MAP USA, this position also supports proposal development, budget coordination, partner vetting,
documentation, and cross-functional collaboration to expand access to essential medicines and health
supplies across the United States. A strong candidate will bring exceptional account management discipline,
consultative communication skills, sound judgment, attention to detail, comfort with grant and proposal
processes, and the ability to build trusted relationships that advance MAP’s mission and deliver measurable
partner impact.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
PARTNER ACCOUNT MANAGEMENT & RELATIONSHIP CULTIVATION
- Sales, Business Development & Account Management: Utilize a consultative sales approach to
identify and develop new service fee partnership opportunities, transition existing partners to a
service-fee model and communicate MAP USA’s value proposition. Manage partner relationships
throughout the lifecycle, including onboarding, engagement, renewal, retention, and growth, ensuring
a high-quality partner experience and long-term success.
- Partner & Revenue Growth: Drive revenue growth through strategic partner retention and expansion,
proactive prospecting and pipeline development of new partners, and adoption of MAP USA service
fee offerings. Consistently achieve revenue targets by securing new business, increasing partner
retention and utilization and identifying opportunities for sustainable organizational growth.
- Strategic Partner Stewardship: Manage an assigned portfolio of MAP USA clinic partners as the
primary point of contact, maintaining routine touchpoints and responding to day-to-day questions
about program participation, account updates, and issue resolution.
- Partner Relationship Support: Build and maintain strong clinic relationships by providing timely
support for ordering requests, shipping issues, reporting metrics, inventory management questions,
and other partner needs.
- Partner Engagement & Satisfaction: Conduct structured quarterly check-ins to assess partner
satisfaction, review utilization, identify barriers or risks, and document follow up actions to keep
accounts in good standing. Gather qualitative impact data, including patient and staff stories,
testimonials, and success examples, to demonstrate program outcomes, highlight partner value, and
support organizational reporting and storytelling efforts.
- Account Process & Records Management: Develop and document processes for engaging,
implementing, and maintaining clinic partnerships while keeping organized records of contacts,
agreements, compliance items, issue history, and follow up plans to support reporting, audits, and
smooth transitions.
- Partner Compliance, Monitoring & Evaluation: Monitor and evaluate partner compliance with MAP
USA program requirements, licensing agreements, and product usage policies. Conduct regular
reviews and assessments to ensure appropriate utilization of products and services, identify
compliance risks or gaps, provide corrective guidance and support, and maintain accurate records to
uphold program integrity and partner accountability.
