- 5+ years of hands-on experience in performance testing and analysis

- Proficient in Apache JMeter for scripting and test execution (atleast 3 years of scripting experience)

- Skilled in Beanshell scripting for custom automation within JMeter (atleast 2 years of beanshell)

- Experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins and build tools like Maven

- Strong understanding of application performance factors including JVM internals, memory management, caching strategies, multithreading , and database connection pooling

- Excellent troubleshooting and analytical skills , including log analysis, JVM tuning , and heap dump diagnosis

- Familiar with AWS services , including CloudWatch , Elastic Load Balancers (ELB) , and infrastructure monitoring

- Solid knowledge of SQL query optimization , indexing, and database performance tuning

- Experience using enterprise APM tools such as New Relic and AppDynamics
