Job Title: Engagement Manager/Sr. EngagementManager - Insurance Data and Analytics

Location: United States (Remote) / Travel 30%

ExperienceLevel: 8+ years (10+preferred for senior role)

Total Numberof Positions: 2

Budget: $170K to $190K base
Role & Responsibilities Overview:

- Insurance Data, analytics andAI domain expert who can provide strategical and tactical advisory services ondata, advanced analytics and AI solutions

- Understand the clientsbusiness models, strategy and challenges and pave an actionable roadmap torevolutionize their solutions with the aid of technology and latest trends.

- Experienced in selling,solutioning and executing a range of AI strategy/ Analytics & datamanagement advisory engagements within a complex relationship-drivenenvironment.

- Conduct sessions tounderstand the clients needs utilizing standard and innovative consultingskills to deliver an optimal recommendation.

- Develop business proposals,facilitate client working sessions, team up with technology professions and/orthird-party strategic alliances to conduct solutioning exercises based onclients needs.

- Support the engagement withexpertise in deploying data solutions on Cloud, advanced analytics, andbusiness intelligence solutions

- Ensure Industry bestpractices are followed, communicate and follow up with delivery team.

- Provide technicaldirection/support to project team members

- Manage 2-20 consultants andestablish environment of learning and development to continuously strengthendelivery proposition for various analytics setups.

- Perform research and providesolutioning for various business needs from clients across insurance valuechain.

Candidate Profile:

- 8+ years of data andanalytics consulting experience from a professional or management firm and hasstrong focus in insurance industry.

- Must have extensive domain experience in Property & Casualty Insurance (P&C) or/and Life & Annuity Insurance (L&A)

- Able to sell advisoryengagements to existing client and build relationships with new clients foropportunities pipeline.

- Strong graspof the latest tools within the market across Cloud, AI with strongarchitectural experience/ technology consulting preferred.

- Experience in working in dualshore engagement and must have experience in managing large programs Insurance Analytics CoE and multiple clients directly.

- Demonstrated experienceacross analytics value chain and has delivered advance analytics and AIconsulting and delivery assignments.

- Relevantexperience of Cloud Services (AWS, Azure) and strong understanding on Gen AI,advanced, Data Ops, modern data architecture, governance, and practices is aplus.

- Outstanding written andverbal communication skills

- Able to work in fast pacecontinuously evolving environment and ready to take up uphill challenges.
