Rapid growth in pipeline, awareness, and interest — combined with the joint Semarchy /Snowflake roadmap — is creating a major scaling opportunity for 2026 and beyond.
The Sr. Director, Product and Technology Partnerships is a unique hybrid leadership role that sits at the intersection of product and partnerships. You will own two tightly connected missions: driving deep technical and product alignment with our strategic technology partners — initially with Snowflake and Microsoft — and driving product management for Semarchy ’s Snowflake-native solutions so that our roadmap and our partners’ platforms advance together as one strategy.
This role is strictly focused on technical alignment with partners — product roadmaps, platform capabilities, integrations, and joint solution architecture — not on commercial or sales plays, which are owned by our alliance and sales teams. That said, you must bring strong commercial savvy: an understanding of go-to-market practices and the ability to work effectively with product, product marketing, marketing, and sales so that technical alignment translates into market impact.
You will report to the Chief Product Officer, with a dotted-line relationship to the Head of Product Management (based in France) for your product management responsibilities. Snowflake is our most mature partnership and the immediate priority, with Microsoft — where our technology works with Microsoft Fabric and Purview — as the second strategic focus. Beyond these, this role owns Semarchy ’s broader technology partnership strategy and will explore potential technical alignment with other technology vendors across the data and AI ecosystem.
This is a senior individual contributor role to start, with the opportunity to build and lead a team as the partnership portfolio scales. It is built for someone with high agency: a builder who creates structure, drives follow-through, and earns the trust of partner product and engineering organizations.
Location: USA, remote, in the Central or Eastern time zone. You will collaborate daily with our product and engineering teams in France and coordinate regularly with technology partners primarily based in the western USA, so working hours that bridge both are essential. Job Responsibilities
Technology Partnership Strategy & Technical Alignment (initially with Snowflake and Microsoft)
- Define and own Semarchy ’s technology partnership strategy, exploring and prioritizing potential technical alignment with other technology vendors across the data and AI ecosystem.
- Own the technical relationship with our strategic technology partners: lead roadmap discussions, technical alignment, and advanced configuration conversations with partner product and engineering counterparts.
- Ensure Semarchy capitalizes early on new Snowflake platform capabilities, and that our Native App strategy stays ahead of the Snowflake roadmap.
- Deepen technical alignment with Microsoft — where Semarchy ’s technology works with Microsoft Fabric and Purview — including integration architecture, platform certifications, and marketplace technical requirements.
