Who We Are

Come and See exists to invite everyone to encounter Jesus through exceptional storytelling that brings the Bible to life. We are the foundation behind The Chosen — the first-ever multi-season series about the life of Jesus — which has reached millions around the world with authentic, high-quality storytelling.

Our mission has four objectives: complete all seven seasons of The Chosen, translate the series into 600 languages, make it globally accessible, and keep it forever free — so the greatest story ever told can reach the first billion people. We believe excellence isn’t vanity; it’s our offering. And we do it together, as collaborators in a mission that matters.

This is more than media. It’s invitation and we’d love for you to be part of it.
About the Role

Come and See is building a world-class international fundraising capability and we’re looking for a Senior International Development Director to help lead it. In this role, you’ll cultivate, solicit, and steward a portfolio of 125+ international major-gift supporters and prospects (gifts of $25K+), with a goal of generating $5M+ in annual philanthropic revenue in support of our mission.

You’ll build long-term relationships with supporters across Western Europe, Asia-Pacific, South Africa, and Canada who believe in expanding the reach of the Gospel through The Chosen. Working alongside our Chief Development Officer, Senior Advisor for International Development, Global Ambassadors, and Global Distribution teams, you’ll turn strategic introductions into sustained philanthropic partnerships.

You in a nutshell: a driver and self-starter who isn’t afraid to tackle big goals and build relationships across cultures and geographies. You love people and are energized by helping supporters connect their resources to Kingdom impact. You understand that you are a bridge between supporters and the mission - and you’re equally comfortable sitting across the table from a donor in London, Singapore, Toronto, or Cape Town.
What You’ll Do
Fundraising & Donor Solicitation

- Build and manage a portfolio of 125+ international major-gift supporters and prospects, securing five-, six-, and seven-figure gifts from individuals, families, organizations, and foundations.

- Meet an annual goal exceeding $5M through major gifts, stock gifts, donor-advised funds, qualified charitable distributions, foundations, and other philanthropic vehicles.

- Develop donor-centric moves-management plans that advance supporters from introduction to long-term partnership and grow annual giving through intentional stewardship.

- Coordinate strategic asks involving executive leadership, board members, Global Ambassadors, subject-matter experts, and ministry partners.

- Own all portfolio stewardship, follow-up, cultivation, solicitation, and donor engagement.

Prospecting & Pipeline

- Proactively identify and cultivate prospective supporters through networking, referrals, ministry relationships, donor introductions, events, and strategic partnerships.

- Partner with Global Distribution teams, Equipping Centers, Global Ambassadors, and ministry partners to identify and qualify prospects, and convert opened doors into lasting partnerships.

- Maintain a consistent pipeline of qualified international prospects, and collaborate with Marketing and Development leadership on bespoke, internationally tailored donor materials.

International Strategy & Growth

- Support and shape regional fundraising strategies across assigned territories, aligning with Global Distribution priorities, Equipping Center opportunities, and international ministry partnerships.

- Within the first year, develop recommendations on territory prioritization, international fundraising strategy, staffing needs, and future organizational structure.

- Deepen relationships with key international giving organizations such as TrustBridge Global and the Maclellan Foundation’s Giving Together Initiative.

- Create scalable fundraisi
