Key Responsibilities

- Develop, plan, and execute a monthly social media content strategy

- Manage and handle multiple brands/accounts simultaneously

- Create engaging content ideas, captions, reels, and campaigns

Guide and coordinate with junior graphic designers to ensure visuals align with campaign goals

Schedule and publish content across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, etc.)

- Manage inbox, comments, and emails with professional communication

- Plan, run, and optimize paid social media campaigns

- Track performance metrics and prepare monthly reports with insights and recommendations

- Conduct trend analysis, competitor research, and identify growth opportunities

- Adapt responsibilities based on project and client requirements

Requirements

- Proven experience managing business social media accounts

Fluent in English (both written and spoken)

- Strong communication skills and understanding of marketing principles

Creative mindset with up-to-date knowledge of social media trends

- Ability to generate original content ideas independently (not fully reliant on AI tools)

- Must be available for full-time work

- Flexibility to be available after working hours when required for client meetings
