THE JOB:
The Process Specialist is responsible for supporting the department's business processes. Assigned tasks will require a mixture ofdata entry, technical, and analytical skills. The Process Specialist will work in a cross‐functional team environment and have theability to collaborate effectively to implement and maintain business solutions.

THE STARTING RATE: $25.80 Hourly

THE DAY-TO-DAY:

-
Complete daily departmental tasks; audit daily work for integrity and resolve any discrepancies to management

-
Support, develop and maintain effective communication and excellent relationship with internal customers (included butnot limited to business units, operations, property CFOs) including ensuring their requirements are identified andconsistently met.

Participate in the development, design, measurement of assigned projects and ensure analytical and control activities areoperating effectively within the department

-
Participate in continuous measurement, development and improvement of customer service quality and efficiency with andon behalf of senior management across the Finance Shared Services Center

Participate in LEAN educated training and offer ideas and suggestions for continuous improvement

Support Company strategies and business plans to meet the individual and departmental performance requirements

Adhere to department policies, procedures to ensure successful internal/external audits.

Ability to identify continuous improvement opportunities and innovative ideas and communicate them effectively.

Demonstrate proficiency in systems associated with job functions.

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:

- Has a High School Diploma or GED

-
Have a minimum of 1+ Years of prior relevant experience

-
Has a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Management - Preferred

-
Have 1+ Years of Prior Relevant Experience shared services environment and/or process improvement - Preferred

-
Work varied shifts, to include weekends and holidays - Preferred

-
Bilingual, English as the primary or secondary language - Preferred

Experience using Microsoft Office (Excel, Access, Outlook, Power Point, Word) and Adobe software, including constructing spreadsheets, use of formulas and formatting - Preferred

-
Experience working in a similar resort setting - Preferred

-
Gaming registration/ work permit/ licensed in all applicable jurisdictions as required - Preferred
